Our safety management is highly formalized and made easy to understand and carry out by all levels of staff, and are often adopted by our partners. In this way the drive for zero harm is central to the Redis culture.

Since we employ locally, through the training they receive from Redis and skills they develop during project implementation, our project staff members are sought after by the mine owners and our partners after the project.
